Having first worked as a paralegal for ten years, our principal solicitor was admitted to practice in 2019. Since her admission, Ms Neasbey has practiced in a number of areas, with keen interest and experience in Wills & Estates, conveyancing, sale & purchase of business (with a focus on pharmacies and childcare centres) and in the niche area of Care & Protection Law. Ms Neasbey had practiced in the area of Family Law also for a time.
Ms Neasbey has participated in dispute resolution and has had success in assisting clients through mediation process in relation to pre-action procedures and in the context of court proceedings.
Now a sole practitioner, Ms Neasbey is dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for clients and providing guidance for clients facing complex legal proceedings.
